Dear Kiama Junior FC Players, Parents, Coaches & Managers,

Welcome to the 2017 Football Season. With the A-League competition hotting up it’s a great time to get registered and start preparing for the new season. Our club continues to support the Open Women’s Competition and we also welcome the Women & Men’s Community League to our club.

Important Information
Fees for 2017 are:
Junior Registration Fee is $120.00 per player (early bird), $140 after 10 Feb.
Men’s & Women’s Fee is $230.00 per adult player (early bird), $250 after 10 Feb.
Men’s & Women’s Fee is $200.00 per full-time student (early bird), $220 after 10 Feb.
When completing the on-line registration please be aware of the following:
It is very important that you update the player photo should it be more than 2 years old.
Update any changes to contact details including address phone, email, school, etc.
Please select the registration package applicable to the age you are turning this calendar year.
U6 Teams – For players who started playing at age 4 last year in an U6 team, please let us know in the ‘Additional Questions’ area if you will be playing a second year in an U6 team so the player is not automatically assigned to an U7 team.
If you have registered online and would like to pay in person, please select manual payment, print out the invoice and bring to the registration day as proof of registration.
Please answer all the ‘Additional Questions’ to finalise your registration.
The last day to register online is midnight Friday 10 February 2017. After this date the Early Bird fee will not be available and you will need to register by contacting our registrars, (details below)

Important Dates
The club will be holding registration days at the Kiama Leagues Club, Level 1 at the following dates and times:-
Saturday 4 February 2017 from 10:00am to 2:00pm
Wednesday 8 February 2017 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm
All new players must attend one of the registration dates to provide proof of age (birth certificate or passport) and have their registration photo taken, although you may register online before hand.

Registrations made after 10 February will need to be completed by calling or emailing our club registrars – contact details below. The early bird registration fee will not be available after 10 February.

Coaches and Managers
All coaches and managers are required to self-register online. This will ensure that the mandatory FNSW Member Protection Declaration form has been signed.

Coaches – register as Coach and select appropriate age group you are coaching.
Managers – register as Volunteer and select the Category – Team Manager.

For any coach or manager who will be coaching children (18 and under) and is volunteering then a Working With Children Check (WWC) needs to be organised for the 2017 season. There are exceptions and more information including a WWC online application form can be found at the FNSW website. Please advise your WWC number to the club once received via return email.
